Our guarantee is that if we bill for a service for which you believe you did not get value, simply decline to pay the invoice, no questions asked.  We make that offer to every prospective and every existing client.  We have never had to make good on it.

We have no interest in making your organization consultant dependent.  We wish to leave you wiser than when we met and able to follow your own path.  Our long term collaboration, should it occur, will be the result of partnership, not patronage.
